Lime Bike, the cool short-term bike rental company with the green bikes, has started an e-bike rental program in the Morgan Park neighborhood. These are very cheap to rent at about $1. You leave the bike anywhere you want after you are done and it locks itself.
I used Lime Bike in Scottsdale this year and loved it.
